This was among my grandpa's stamps. Anybody know what it is?

Looks like those savings stamps, like S&H for instance. They were probably regional? Was your grandfather from Germany?

He wasn't German, but all his friends knew he was a stamp guy, so they'd send him stamps when they traveled or came across one he might not have.

I thought green stamps too. Hmmm.
