These just arrived. Scott 164, 165, ACSC 176zf, 177za. I didn't spot any varieties.

Not technically Australia but I figured it was close enough

Papua 1939 Air Mail set

Not technically John Ash but it completes the set :)

Partime's block of the 9d purple NSW 150th Anniversary is one of my favourites. Beautifully engraved and impressive colour.

It also comes with a flaw/variation: the Roller Flaw (ACSC 177d - amongst others); Roller Shift to right top frame over "AU" and "88". Stamp L10/2 below:

(Edited one time).

Thanks Cjd. It's a nice variation.

Here's another of my John Ash blocks. Also a favourite of mine, and not too difficult to acquire.

Centenary of Western Australia, 1929. Issued 28 September, 1929.

Unwatermarked. Perforation 11, single line.

And there's a couple of variations to this stamp. one of which is outlined on the re-entry thread:

Here's another of my favourites.

Centenary of the death of Captain John Macarthur, 1934; 9d purple, Perforation 11.5 comb.

This block shows the broken left leg of the "H" in Ash.
