Victoria
The handsome eponymous one shilling
1870 AR5A PF1a 01s "Blue on Blue" P12 wmk 70

Her Majesty Unusually facing right
Whenever I come across a stamp "Blue on Blue"
I recall Bobby Vinton and that schmaltzy song.
I was more a "Shirelles " lad, I just loved those gals.

This stamp with fiscal cancellation of 1882
had its 140th Birthday a few days ago.

'Unstoppable decline': The reasons why Australia Post has to change
Australia Post says its business is "on a path towards significant losses that, without change, will have to be covered by the Australian taxpayer". Australians are now being encouraged to have their say to save it.

Australia Post is floundering, and wants your suggestions.......
(not giving out expensive watches, is always a start)

Paying out outrageous salaries, for CEO's who want our suggestions to improve.

https://www.sbs.com.au/news/article...ge/9kyqfak9l

My suggestion: A domestic stamp should be half the price of a meat pie
(Pies $5 - $6) There's a start.
