It can be.
Your scan unfortunately is too poor to appraise.

You have happened upon one of the most challenging stamps in the NZ (New Zealand) catalogue.
Requires deep study.

It's working for me. It's all about the NZ Dominion penny red which was first issued in 1909 - the one you have shown.

sorry to say, I would suggest it is typographed 1908 SG#386 ....50c in 1999
but very widely available.

The lines on the globe are diagonal, which points to that issue.

What stamp # have gréât value? Give me some exemple.. Not the very rare but maybe im lucky and have a good one stick in my stock
Likely what country or years ??
