New Error On Vanishing Species Semi-Postal Of 2011?

I found this sheet at the local post office. Before paying for it, it looked blurred to me so I asked the clerk if I could look through all the panes he had and bought all 6 I found. This shift has not been reported to my knowledge. I know that a full sheet is 8 individual so I'm guessing there are at least 2 more sheets around.

I need all you experts to take a look and see what you think.

What you have is a color misregistration a.k.a. color shift. These are considered freaks rather than errors.

Thanks for the responding to the post. I did find this out yesterday after sending an email to one of the editors at Linn's.
