The American Plate Number Single Society has announced a new 2017 printing of the Breast Cancer Awareness semi-postal stamp, 2014 date (Scott B5) with a new plate #B111111, due to change of printer from Sennett to BCA.

Here's an example of the Imperforate stamp from a press sheet which is probably a non-philatelic usage since it's on a campaign cover of Rob Portman, senator from Ohio.
