Not aware of that one P12, I'll have to consult Gibbons.

Henry Markwald (Indent Agents) Dunedin (NZ) and Melbourne (Australia)

INDENT AGENT
Often considered synonymous with the term "buying agent," an indent agent is a party that seeks to function as the means of connecting buyers who need certain goods and services with sellers who have those productions and are open to entering into some sort of transaction.

"The Argus" Melbourne Tuesday 5th October 1909
CITY SAFE ROBBERY.
Yesterday morning it was discovered that thieves had entered the premises of Mr.Henry Markwald, 201 William-street, city, and stolen money and stamps amounting in all to £14/4/3. The back gate, which the detectives found was of very flimsy construction, was scaled by the robbers, who
forced the door into the office. The key of the safe was found conveniently in a drawer, and the cash-box, which was in the safe, was at the mercy of the intruders. Nine sovereigns, £3/15/3d in silver and copper, and £ 1/9/ worth of postage and duty stamps, were stolen. The police are investigating.
