What is the series that starts our with 1 cent,Dorothy Dix, 20 stamp plate block.

Yes. There are a lot. The first stamps were definitives so there were many series based upon desgns.

The BEP starting printing definitives in 1894 that were called the 1st Bureau Issues. The latest is the inconsistent Distinguished American Series.
