It looks to me like someone photocopied a sheet with a black background. Thus the perforation holes look printed.

I just can't imagine how this could have come from the post office.

Hi, face value is $1.82 with free shipping (that is if someone wins the bid and no one else bids on it!)

It appears ok to me, but of course I could not examine the stamps in person.

Alub, I agree with you. The item is bogus. Perf holes aren't printed before being punched.
