Moose helped a bit, but still lacking.
I have made offers on some catalogues, I'll let you know if successful.
1 major hurdle overcome, I think the engraved can be identified by
the 4 triangles in the corners, have minute vertical lines.
I don't think Typo or Litho can reproduce that.
Gibbons offers "Engraved" in the first set then all the rest "recess"

We know the print process, but why complicate, a simple "Eng" would have sufficed.
Also I have issues with the burelage, I do not see dots but lines.
No mention of sideways wmks
I am determined to crack these, I have what looks like 300 or so Type A2 A3 and A4 but it looks like a lot of work.
