What shades are these Sc A157 stamps? What catalogue number and price of stamps with joint line pair (line 1)?

I believe the word you mean is colour (color to our American friends) or hue. Shade is a colour with black added to it to darken it (when you add white to a colour it's called a tint, when you add grey it's called a tone). Sorry four years of art school and over 30 years in the business, I get touchy about these things.
Those are coil stamps issued in 1923 and the colour is most likely carmen. Difficult to tell exactly from your scan. The 1923 version also comes in carmen lake which is a touch darker, I believe. They were also issued in 1929 as a Type II (slight variations in the engraving). I have no current value, but probably don't catalogue at more than 20¢ each, which means they are worth less.
