The first one is a Sc 668 with a "Kans." overprint.

The next one is a Sc 423 with a Heavy cancel. It is a very nice find to potentially add to my collection. How much does the heavy cancel affect the value?

Finally we have a Sc 564 with a Chicago, Ill. precancel. The Scott Specialized does not mention a precancel. Does that mean anything value wise?

back to the drawing board...
not SC 423 [it is perf 10]
not SC 564 [it is 11x10.5]
Probably not SC 668 [looks like fake Kans]

Sorry, I'm an amateur stamp collector. Let's try again.

For the $1 Franklin Head, perf 10 and no watermark that I can tell making it a 478.

For the 10 cent Monroe, well it is either a 642 with fake overprint OR a legit 668. I tried to compare it to the Smithsonian's copy (https://arago.si.edu/category_2040283.html) it seems very close to me. Your thoughts?

For the 12 cent Cleveland, the 11x10.5 makes it a 693. Does the Chicago, Ill. precancel mean anything value wise?

Hi ggreve. The Chicago precancel is one of the most heavily used in the country. Think only of Sears Roebuck and Monkey Ward! So there is not a whole lot of value there.
The Kansas overprint I can not say much about - we need a much better image to tell if it is a fake or not.
The 1 dollar stamp is probably worth around 30% of catalog value.

Peter

I didn't like the Kans. because it seems to me on an angle upwards. I have never seen one like that.
