This one has "REFUSED" and "Return Receipt Requested / FEE PAID" on front, and lots of date stamps on back.   "RETURNED / TO / WRITER" Small right hand, pointing left.  - Hironobu |

And here's how I write up my album page... I should have added the "Return Receipt Requested / FEE PAID" and "Deliver to Addressee Only" auxiliary hand stamps as well. As I am not familiar with US philatelic items, any suggestions or recommendations for improvement are welcome !  - Hironobu |

That last letter baffles me. Why would anyone mail themselves a letter and then refuse it?
