I was looking at presses used by BEP.

On the USSS web site and also here (http://goscf.com/t/48481) there are comments regarding presses..

(Giori?) "B" Press
webfed, single-station three-color, intaglio press used exclusively to print coils and booklet panes from seamless cylindrical sleeves. Used at the BEP from 1973-1993.

"C" Press (Goebel?)
webfed, single-station three-color, intaglio press used exclusively to print coils and booklet panes from seamless cylindrical sleeves. Used at the BEP from 1982 to 1996.

Are theses the same B and C presses used to print some of the Great Americans that were not coils or booklets?

The list I was including
Stickney rotary
Cottrell
Giori - sheet feed
Giori "B" - web fed
Goebel"C"
"A" Combination Press
"D" Press
Andreotti gravure
Huck Multicolor
Intagliocolor 8
"F" Press

According to Ken Lawrence in his book "Linn's Plate Number Coil Handbook" the answer to your question is "Yes"
