This was located in Chicago. Was featured on one of the Seal News issues a couple years ago. Was associated with Tuberculosis patients and is a newly discovered seal for the new catalog that's being written.  |

I believe I have the entire collection of the Chicago Heart Association Seals. They started in 1925. |

Feel a little foolish with this question as I had someone answer it long ago. However, the stamp/label was removed from the relevant country section and I can't remember where! Could be a sign of age here.  However, I just wanted to know what country produced these labels. I know there was a series of them. Thanks to anyone who can help. A scan of the label below.  |

A souvenir sheet from ChiPex III, 1944. The Central Federation of Stamp Clubs teamed up with the Society of Philatelic Americans to issue this sheet. The flag on the right with the four stars is the official flag of Chicago.  |
