Stamp duty revenue one penny looks like a plate shift error on the one penny can't find online any help would be amazing many thanks

From my experience in seeing these revenue stamps on eBay, the value plate appears to be commonly misaligned, to one degree or another.

Thankyou for the help trying to sort my collection out I usually just collect British commonwealth but only have a good knowledge on gb
