It's that time of year - I received my 2017 Minuteman album supplement.

This year's supplement has 15 pages, including a page for the semipostal Alzheimer's stamp and the duck stamps page. There also is a separate page for the joint issue (Canada) History of Hockey souvenir sheet. Not counting these, there are 119 spots for stamps. The Oscar de la Renta and Andrew Wyeth pages include the entire sheet with selvage (do we still call that extra material 'selvage?')

With the stamps I saved from mail over the year, I filled just 64 of the spots (54%). A far cry from my record setting year with the 2016 supplement.

I got my first mail with a 2018 stamp today, so I guess I'll continue for another year...

What are the odds I'll ever find a Father Hesburgh coil stamp in the mail?? <groan>

Hey, that's very nice of you, Peter. Email sent through the Forum's system.

Now... about that Gateway Arch stamp... (I kid, I kid.)

That one is a bit over my budget.
By the way, I am not home today, but your stamp will go out in tomorrow's mail.

Coil Father Hesburgh ?
Its the non-coil that I can't find. I guess no-one has been using it.
Coils are the most common stamps in the mail today because most stamps are used by businesses.
