This is India 4 Annas 6 Pies Yellow Ochre Queen Victoria

I can't find this one in the SG catalogue. There is a 4a6p but it's an actual stamp not a cut out and this is larger than a standard stamp
Any ideas?

I don't think SG lists any postal stationery. Higgins and Gage (which I don't have) is the book for that, I think.

Hi Eiger,

It's a postal stationery cutout from an envelope issued in 1881.
