What country/entity issued the stamps with this detail on them?

:) actually I thought first about Wilhelm Tell when I saw these men and how they looked and then I thought of other Switzerland stamps.

thank you also from my side for these very nice detail-quizes, it's always interesting, also if one does not participates, and of course even more if one participates.
