This is the subset of Volume 5 published by Robson Lowe in 1973. It contains just the Canada portion, pp. 66 - 320, of the complete Volume 5. The book is in very good condition without margin notes or other damage.

I am offering here at a price of $15.00 plus $4.00 shipping and I will ship within the US only because of the excessive rates for international shipping.

Thanks,
Terry

I did not think there was that much of a difference to ship to Canada. Mail received from the US do not cost more, as noted.....just a thought without checking USPS rates for a book.
