Needing help with this stamp can't find it online it's a 1.5 lire with social republic of Italy overprint trying to find a cat value

This is Sassone 495. I do not have a Scott that covers this area. 1943 or 1944 stamp issue. On www.stampworld.com this thing sells for 12 euro cents mint.

Jono, you are welcome. You can try and google Italian stamps. Go to "images" and look for your stamp - it will come up. Another way is to go to the website I already mentioned, www.stampworld.com and search until your stamp shows up.

Wow, Posting this I realize that there is an error in my page. I am missing the 75c red which in actuality is Scott #4. Your stamps is #5. There is no 1.5 l stamp. (I don't know what I was drinking when I made this page).

I will fix this right away, I guess that is the beauty of digital albums, they are easy to change.

edit: I discovered what I had done, I had just affixed the #5 in the #4 spot. (which was missing the "2". It has since been fixed
