What is this postage stamp with signature on back side?
I cant find it anywhere..
Its look like used..
Can someone what is signature on back and approximate price?

It looks to me like a VERY shoddy forgery of the 1845-47 New York postmasters' provisionals (Scott #9X1-9X3).

The kind of mark you have on the back is typical of 'expertization', whereby an expert signs his monogram on the back of a stamp showing that he thinks its genuine.
But of course, anyone forging stamps such as these could also easily forge such marks.

Many years ago, it was common practice for stamp dealers, or other owners to put these marks on the backs of their stamps.
