Follow this link to the F & CPS web home page then click on the tab on the left side to go to the pages with links to pdf files for all issues from inception to 1969. You do not need to be a member to view or print out.

A great find and a wonderful resource

Should keep the collectors of France & Colonies quiet for a while!

I looked at all the issues and for those interested, found an article on early French cancellations in the Jan/Feb 1942 edition and an article on the 1849 issue in the Jul/Aug 1946 edition.

Their publication for April had an article about these now being available. They are processing their stash of old back paper issues for this project and shortly plan to recycle the ones they've had in storage. Sounds like they have a ton of them. The article seemed to indicate they would be willing to provide collectors with selections of these before destroying them, not sure if they will charge for them or if they just want postage. I have an email into someone to ask for clarification and will post what I hear back if anyone is interested.
