It is more difficult than I thought to get a well-centered US 5062-63. The first one I got (right portion of the image) is shifted to the right. So I ordered a second one (left portion of the image) that turned out to be shifted to the left. It could be luck but I am surprised that this happened for a modern issue.

I purchased 3 of these myself. One was shifted up, one was shifted to the right & the last was shifted down and to the right. It seems that well-centered panes for this issue are the exception rather than the norm.
