I recently purchased a large lot including about 99% of US revenues, private dies, etc. This has me stumped thus far. It may not fit in this category, but please have a look and let me know if you recognize it.

May be a fantasy, Spanish/English text?

Thanks,
Steve

It's popped up here and there, in one form or another, in the 25 years I have been collecting.
Never seen it identified.

There is a BoltPost local post artwork done by Dennis Jordan but I have not made a firm connection with the old or new cinderellas. The modern cinderella also comes in blue color.

Does that say "espallo peseta"? Which means "spreads peseta", according to Google. Is the blue text printed or handwritten?

skull/crossbones often a symbol for poison. Label from bottle of poison? Script states what it is?
