Number 4 is not a postage due from the Netherlands, because they are all blue. The red ones are from the Dutch East Indies.

To clarify, #6 is a revenue stamp from Italy, not a postage stamp. I just cataloged his little brother (10c blue) in my own collection. I don't see a 1 lira brown listed in Forbin, so it may have been issued after 1915.

Number 5 is a GB Queen Victoria Halfpenny (pronounced Hayp nee ) Stanley Gibbons catalogue no. 49 just inboard from the bar of the half is the plate number. I think it is number 5 or 6. Possible plate numbers are 1,3,4,5,6,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,19,20. it isn't plate 9 the figure is the opposite way up. ( 9 is the rarest ) they are the smallest GB stamps issued. The stamp is also unusual for a British stamp with the watermark running over more than one stamp. The watermark was the words half penny in script spread over three stamps.

The Polish Picasso stamp was issued 10 Mar 1981 to commemorate his 100th birth anniv. 51studebaker has shown a stamp issued in sheets in which you can have the label on both sides. It was also issued as a block -

And to put more money into the philatelic coffers, a limited edition reprint, not valid for postage. Whereas the regular stamp & block can be had for a buck or two, the reprint is advertised at $100 or so
