Many years ago, amongst the flotsam and Jetsam, that comes across my desk, a receipt was queried here on SCF, and
TONY MAC identified it as possibly a Telegram receipt in Farsi.
It has laid dormant at "back of book" in my Iran Stamp Album
Recently, the Webmaster here, has listed the fellows
