Are these both dot over s varsities? They let ok different. One is position 11 in sheet 18773 and the othe is position 9 in sheet 18774.

Cleary the dot is in a slightly different position since they are on different plates and positions, but both the Scott U.S. Specialized Catalog and French's "Encyclopedia of Plate Varieties ..." list equally both positions as the "dot over first S" variety.
