I don't know when this was taken, no cancellation, but a Washington one cent stamp on reverse.Thank you.

There are lots of reasons why the postmark / cancel might be MIA.

Person A wrote a postcard & prepared it for mailing to Person B, but Person C completed a letter to Person B, so they tossed the card in with the letter.

Person A wrote a postcard & prepared it for mailing to Person B, but forget to mail it.
