Hello everyone,

While attempting to check the perfs I noticed that there are what appear to be perforations between the space where the perfs should actually be along the bottom. What would cause this to occur? Thanks!

They are referred to as "Blind Perfs", the perforation pins have not completely severed the paper, the little round "chads" are what you see.
