what you have is called a Lowenberg Essay. if memory serves me right it is gummed and reverse printed on onion skin and was one of the multitude of ideas for reuse prevention. they are not Scott listed. they are found in several colors. I think there is a listing of these but don't remember where I saw it. if I remember more I will post it later if unless someone else does.
Ahhh, well poop, I really appreciate the information though! I have a ton of stamps to go through, literally thousands, starting in 1851, hundreds of revenue stamps, plates, pairs, I was hoping to start with something huge...haha!
