I know this topic is dormant for long time, the tea post collecting group might have been dissolved... but still great references here and I would add a few.

This note by rod222 gave me clear idea following is a teapots, not coffee pot. I wasn't sure about it up to now, because it is described as coffee pot in my Japanese translated catalogue!
