You can search this forum for red, green and blue lines and get a whole passle of threats about that! They are basically worthless. They are the guide lines by which the sheets were cut into panes of 100. Some folks collect all of the possibilities but it still does not add any value. On top of everything else it is a precancel of a large city which probably does not add any value either
