Ikey, impressive! I grew up around and worked in castles as a young man so they speak to me as it were. One small item though, could you edit your post so it shows cards as the subjects, rather than stamps?

Nagoya-jô (Nagoya Castle), one of Japan's most famous castles. It was built by Ieyasu, the first Tokugawa shôgun, for his ninth son. Originally completed in 1612, the castle has been rebuilt as a result of its destruction by American bombs in 1945 and by Godzilla in 1964. I got to visit it on Midori no Hi (Greenery Day) in 2007.

The Imperial Castle of Nuremberg (Kaiserburg Nürnberg), probably the city's most iconic site. Seriously damaged by air raids in 1944–45, it was reconstructed and restored over the course of the next thirty years. The postcard is from a booklet that I bought when I was there with the AATG/PAD Preisträgerprogramm in 1984.
