Weird, the one on the Seigel site also has a cancel date of the 27th. OP's though doesn't look like November.

Very cool cover. A quick search of Manigualt reveals a prominent Southern family with a history of plantation ownership (and its quirks) from the 1600's thru the Civil War. The addressee of the cover, Louis Manigualt, is a member of that lineage.
