I found the following stamp:

The bars are 16,5mm apart but nothing like that is listed in the PSS Town and Type Catalog (7th edition).

Is this a precancel or is it another type of cancel?
If so, which PSS type

Thanks

Hi vriend! Looks like a roller cancel to me, the kind that is often seen on large envelopes or packages

When the lettering pattern is wider than one stamp, it is almost always a box cancel or a roller cancel and not a precancel. Your example has the characteristics of a box cancel.
