i spent 10 years on the Richard Frajola board of philatelics and have researched such things. We can always learn more. The shifts need there own category, Prices are all over the place. This is my next thing to do give them a category people can use as a reference. Thank you for your help.Last year I purchased a box of covers and went through it, It was a postmasters collection from the 40s. The auction house never looked closely at the 100 Scott 319 cover or any covers. What I found and had a certificate for was on cover a strip of three 319fjs. Another issue found. It seams most experts say there are 319fjs already found on cover out there and are registered. But what I have found is none registered with all. So my new question have any one on hear ever came across 319fjs on cover? Mine is up for sale on eBay
. I do have an offer and might take it. I love the research more then the money.
