2019 USPS Issues... News? Thoughts? Opinions?

Has anyone else ordered the Military Working Dogs issue?

I did and imagine my surprise when it arrived. The booklet is humongous compared to a "normal" size booklet.

I wasn't out of stamps or even close to running out however I wanted to replenish my supply.

Is it odd that the Winter Berries issue was released before the Spooky Silhouettes? Halloween comes before snow flies.

Just a botanical (?) thought: Winter Berries represent a food source for the wintering birds of your area. The flowers bloom in late summer & the berries develop close to the beginning of fall & last well into the late fall early winter. I have several berry producing plants in my yard which I try to protect. Once the berry has formed they will last through the light frosts of fall and sometimes an easy freeze (much like your frozen berry packages). During the day the berry will soften & the birds (& small animals) have a treat.
