Hi phoenixops,

This is a passport revenue stamp from the Kingdom of Sardinia from 1858.

It's listed in the old 1915 Forbin catalogue under Italy.

The Kingdom of Sardinia (based in Turin) changed its name to the Kingdom of Italy in 1861.
