I went on mystic and see only one variation of this: #2168. https://www.mysticstamp.com/Product...x?q=mitchell I wonder why this is. I haven't been able to afford a Scott catalog but I'm looking forward to buying one soon.
It would be a Scott 2168 brownish vermillion or 2168b red brown. The image is not great but maybe a red brown. It is a precancel. It does not have much value unless someone collects precancels.
