Your caliper is at an angle to the bottom edge of the stamp, which is undoubtedly giving you an inaccurate reading.

Hi dokho27,
You can put the calipers away, the dimensions and tolerances are not accurate enough to help you identify your stamp. Trying to measure your stamp is the LAST thing you should be looking at. What are the perforations of your stamp? A 596 is perforated 11 x 11. Here are some links which might help you.

Your stamp does not appear to be 11 x 11. Here is your stamp with the top perfs compared to the side perfs; they are not the same.

bonjour

Hello
First of all, I apologize for the form of my English sentences if there are errors.
I took more specific steps to help me find the scott and the value of this stamp. the size and 19.25 minutes on 22.5 minutes and its perforation and just under 11.5 on a little over 10.75. on the back of the stamp, it seems that there is no ink stain.
I thank you in advance for your help.
