R86A In APS Circuit - Good Or Not?

Here's a three margin copy of R86a, which came in an APS circuit today. I'm considering it as the price is reasonable, but I'd like some opinions first.

Here's the stamp, front and back:




The paper is thin, almost like an India proof, which is what makes me wonder about this one.

All thoughts on this would be appreciated.

The impression is not proof quality and it is a scissor cut bottom sheet margin copy. I think it is good. Will be interesting to see what the experts think about the thin paper. I shall lurk and learn.

I'm inclined to think that it's genuine. Right impression, dark shade, thin paper, margins appear cut in one operation, and wide enough vertical margins. Not the best example, it's a stamp that is fairly easy to find.

The asking price is $40. Responsible, given it's being cut right on the top of the design?

That's 20% of cat. Personally, I would rather add some more $ and get a nice example. It's not all that scarce a stamp.
