I've searched high and low on Google and can't seem to find a year by year chart for Parcel Post rates.

I have a cardboard box with merchandise that was mailed in the 1950s or 1960s with 64 cents in regular stamps on it. It weighs nearly 4 pounds and was shipped form MA to IA.

I am trying to figure out what years that rate would have been used.

.
Consider searching high & low in a Postal Bulletin archive?

Beecher & Wawrukiewicz "U.S. Domestic Postal Rates, 1872-1999", and I think there is a newer edition available now also.
