Hi all
I have buyed this two cents stationery stamp.
It seems a scott U363 1899 G. Washington with marginal value but
something is a bit strange on this stamp its only 25 mmm wide and 29 mm heigh. As my researches found is that the stationery round stamp are normally wider.
Can please someone give me further information what it is abouth, Scott number? Thanks a lot.
