I have some First Day Covers that have been sitting in a basement for years. Appear to be in good shape. A couple photos included showing the binders and a couple of the covers. Should I sell? Is there a market for this?
Really just looking for guidance here.

My view is that there was an oversupply of these, and there is not a great demand for FDCs of this period. Look at eBay for similar offerings?

I don't know if you are still watching your post for responses. Unfortunately most folks only care if their stamps or covers are worth a lot, then give up on this site if told they are not. Having said that, I find your covers very attractive. If you can't sell them for much, I hope you will pass them on to some one who appreciates them for their beauty, if you don't see them as such.

Thanks for the feedback, rdavid and Dry Tech. I am not really looking to sell these for a lot of money. I would take pennies on the dollar. I figured this site would be a great place to get honest feedback, as I am not familiar with these types of collections. If there was someone that really wants to use these as a teaching tool or for some other educational related reason...I will gladly discuss a deal or even a donation.

I just don't want to "give them away" only to have them show up on eBay.
