What happened? I have not been able to log in to the APSs website using my saved ID and password for two months. I try to do a reset, I just get sent in circles. I find no email contact info for an APS webmaster.
Any help appreciated, thanks.

Password Reset Required Resetting Your Password You will be required to reset your password in order to access your website account. Logging into STAMPS.ORG offers APS members access to exclusive content, buy-and-sell StampStore features, and our online specialty stores. Non-members who have an account can make purchases from our online stores. The information that follows will walk you through the process of updating your password.
To reset your password, you will need access to the email address that is linked to your account. Go to stamps.org and click LOGIN – this is located toward the top right corner of the web page.
The User Log In window will open after you click LOGIN. In the window (shown below) click on the RESET PASSWORD button.
In the Reset Password window (shown below), enter the email address that is linked to your account and then click SEND RESET LINK. The website will send an email with a link to reset your password. In that email, click on the link for resetting your password and follow the instructions on the page that displays.
Once you have clicked the link from the email, you will see the reset page shown below. Enter your new password then confirm your password in the second field. Click once on CHANGE PASSWORD and you should see a message confirming a successful change.
Once your password has been changed, click LOGIN again and enter your email and new password to access the system. |

I did contact APS, there is no webmaster contact that I could find listed on the site but I sent a query to their general contact address. That was Friday and it's a long holiday weekend. I just thought someone on here might suggest something. Wkusau did that. I followed his instructions and got on. I tried a reset last night and wound up getting no where, got logged back in today. Then the site started acting up, I think there is a issue they need to address next week. Thanks! |

Stamps1962,
I just went to the APS website and had no problem logging in.
Use your favorite browser to go to the site; if you are using a bookmarked entry, that might be the problem.
Once there, enter your email address and password. If the password doesn't match their records, then reset the password.
That should get you in. |

I was in Mesa over the weekend, so I'm sorry I missed this. The log in seems to be working fine for me. If you're still having trouble, please let me know and I'll get you connected to one of our membership folks.
