Well I'll leave it on buy it now for a while some buyer may or may not come in. If no in a few weeks I'll throw at a low start auction and be done with it. Its a pity the stamps don't belong to it. I don't know exactly when it was tampered with so I don't want to remove the stamps. It could leave a stain on the envelope. Thanks for everyones input.
