Precancel Question On Some Stamps

OK.....so, I'm new to precancels and I have questions. From left to right. The first two stamps I have eliminated as precancels. Number 4, I have decided, is an efo with shifted alignment, but I am not 100% sure about #3. It is very faint and I'm not entirely sure its even a precancel...the ink looks faint and I think its reading "East ******"? Also the horizontal lines don't match the vertical ones shown in stamps 5-6. Thoughts?

Number 3 reads East St Louis.

With the exception of the 2nd stamp everyone is a precancel. The 30c Baltimore I believe is a Bureau as is the Dallas next to it. Rest of them all fall in the T&T variety.
go to pss.org and go to Catalog section and get yourself the Bureau and Town & Type Catalog's. They are chocked full of good info, also dont hesitate to look in the back of each for "other" good info about all kinds of things precancel related.
