How do you plate the Admiral Series Imperf's Scott 136, 137 and 138?

The following printing plates were used.
# 135: Plates 175-176 and 179-180.
# 136: Plates 188-189.
# 138: Plates 126-131.
There is more detailed information in George C. Marler's "The Admiral Issue of Canada" book.
Try to get a look at the plate proofs for these plates at the Canada Postal Archives.
