I have not seen a cover cachet and date for the opening day of a postal station. How do I list it? What value does it have? There is no pink on it - it is a clean envelope.
Because the purpose seems to have been to stimulate people to buy war bonds I might put it with patriotic even covers. As for value my opinion is that it has minimal commercial value as do most event covers, but I am sure a collector of such things would enjoy having it.
